And area's where it is legal to use in NJ/NY/PA

JONNYBOY, I was in Florida, just trying to catch bait to fish for Ladyfish and Sailcats.

Check out this link. There are two pro's that can teach you two different ways of doing it. I don't recommend your method as it could cause you some harm, specially if you have dentures. It could become expensive. There is always the possibility of the net getting stuck between your teeth also. OUCH
