Problem with stealth cam i430ir

was wondering if anyone was having problems with whiteouts in there pics me and my brother have the same cam ans are both getting whiteout pics does anyone know what it could be please help if you can

cant do that. a company as big as stealth cam does not a tech to fix cameras,they only replace them. wel who wants a piece of junk again. this is my second problem with stealth cams and will never own one again
