most frustrating day in the world ...I FORGOT MY 3 SMALL BOXES OF TACKLE . Im sneaking down the banks early in the morning..in the fog..and see some baitfish busting. I go to open my box and its not there..I look at my 3 rods I have and whats in my pockets..I have 3 hooks..1 horny toad..about 5 senkos and a superfluke. I say to myself..ahh what the hell Ill give it a shot . Along my journey I found 2 crankbaits..yahoo I start fishing deeper water with the crankbait I find and catch a dink. Procede to fish some islands in the back and manage one nice 16.5" fish and lost 2 others.
They were on a senko. Kept fishing..got a fish on and it raps around a branch and pops off. Then it happens AGAIN..by now im like wtf is going right today..nothing..the whole time I am trying to fight these retarted kids off behind me who think its ok to cast 5 feet behind me in the kayak. I was about ready to hit them with my paddle thats how close they were My parents were on the way to get me after being 45 min away the whole day so I hit an area close to where they would pick me up that has a lot of rock. Bounced the crank off it and managed 2. Not a great day..did catch some fish, just wish I would have had a little more tackle to work with. I kept saying to myself..I just need 1 dam jig.

Chris Ive had days like that,you made do with what you had and managed a few fish Aleast you were out there I was working around the house all day

A bad day fishing is still better than a good day at work
