We use you slay em we filet em butchering service in Barnegat. You drop the deer off at The Chumbucket, he picks it up, and drops it back off, we thro it in a freezer until you can get there and pick it up. I know its late in the year, but I just found this site. You pay only for the butchering, the other stuff is just a courtesey to the hunter.
