Do youth licsens hunters have to hunt on certain days or may they hunt with adults too?

You need to be with a licensed adult of 21 years or older until you are 14.

From the official website:

"Youth Licenses
Properly licensed youth hunters (resident & non-resident) aged 10–13 may hunt only when accompanied by a properly licensed adult aged 21 or older. Youths, 15 years of age and under, are able to hunt and trap for free, provided they have passed a Hunter Education course. Youth Licenses are valid from time of issuance until end of the year the holder turns 16."

By that i meant while they are hunting with an adult. As in, my dad has gone turkey hunting on the season (Which does'nt say it's youth turkey hunting day). I also have a permit, may I go hunt with him?

You can hunt where and whenever it is legal as long as you are with a licensed adult.

The "Youth Days" are meant to get more kids out hunting - its a day for the adults to take the kids out and focus on getting them involved in the sport.

To look at it another way - as a youth, you can hunt more days than we adults can :-) In addition, you don't have to pay for a license for a great while - which is really excellent

First off...i want to say that the "Quack Quack! BANG BANG! Splash Splash!" Is super win.

But i do have a question.

If i turned 16 after i had my hunting licsens for this year i dont have to pay (buy) one untill jan 1st, 2011 right? Because i still have the one i didnt have to pay for from last jan.
Hunting season is right around the corner and i wouldnt want to get stop'ed with an old licsens.

First - welcome to the forum!

Now, to your question:

From the NJ Fish and Game website-

"Youth Licenses are valid from time of issuance until end of the year the holder turns 16"

This means, that if you turn 16 this year, your youth license is good until the end of the year (Dec 31st 2010). You would need to purchase a license for 2011.

If you turn 16 next year, you don't need to purchase a license until 2012.

Now.. if you turned 16 LAST year, your youth license expired January 1st of this year - which means you need to purchase a license.

Good luck this season and most of all - be safe out there
