I'm looking to launch somewhere in Belmar but the only legit kayak launch I find is in Shark River.
Also parking info and if you need some kind of pass $$?
I'm going to Great Kills tomorrow because I can't figure out where else to go.

There is fishing access. Also Deal has fishing access... Here is the kicker though:
Parking in Deal is far from the beach... Rich bastards and their pull got it that way... so... Park 3 blocks away and build a PVC kayak trailer for your bicycle
Bike the boat to the beach. Lock it up with the trailer. Launch. Repeat.
