Yes it's a GO for this fall.......
And NO you won't be seeing that "contraption" in NJ as it's legally a FIREARM (not bow) as the lower receiver IS a firearm as is the frame ,
IF in doubt ask ANY FFL dealer about getting one for you in NJ without a FID card (you do NOT need a FID for a bow including crossbows as we all know) 
I KNOW Paul has already cleared this up several times, yet "for some odd reason" some just keep spreading misinformation.........OH wait that is all they've ever done on this issue!!
