it will not be voted on until the Senate resumes proceedings in September....

if the Senate passes it...it will go to Corzine's desk for signature....he can sign it, veto it, conditionally veto it, or do nothing...if he does nothing...it becomes law 45 days after the Senate passing......we need to get it onto to the agenda for the next session......
