wondering which work, and which are all talk? I KNOW CORN AND OTHER NAT. FOODS BRING IN DEER but i was wondering about the chemical, or commercial stuff such as c'mere deer, code blue, acorn rage... also any kind of homemade tricks that have worked for you? thanks

use your hunting knowledge to find the deer, do your best to be as scent free as you can, wash all your clothing in scent free detergent made for hunters, hang dry them outside, place them in a clean plastic bag, shower with scent killer soap, don't wear your camo or boots from your home to your hunting area, but get dress either at your truck, or half way to your stand, understand the wind currents of your area, get in early, stay allday or as long as you can, use a bottle to piss in, drink water, and eat foods that won't spook deer

Use scent that will go with the season, you wouldn't use a doe in heat scent this time of year or earlier, you wouldn't use apple scent if there aren't any apples around, skunk cover scent can scare deer, as could fox scent, I say use a Earth cover scent

Best stuff I ever use is "RICE AND BEANS". They have an instant effect on the deer and they just stand there and crap themselves to death. All you have to do is gut them and drag them.

te molasses has worked for me, i9 went huntin tonight and all the apples and corn i put out a couple days ago were covered in molasses, and it is all gone about 2 apples left out of a sack full

I agree with BHC, scent free is the best way to go. Some of the biggest fights with my wife are over her, bringing hunting clothes in the house without bagging them. I take the time to wash in scent free soap, hangi them outside, she comes home drags them in, and throws em on the couch and starts cooking......I could kill her. But she means well, just doesn;t understand.

i say drive them!!! Nothing works better than a good push. Always has and always will.
