The Warmbag (Heater Body Suit type) Cold Weather 'jacket'

Postby maxarbos » Mon Oct 31, 2011 10:34 am

The Warmbag hunting cold weather gear. Can be used in Fall and milder weather too.

Great 'sleeping bag' type cover up for hunting. Similar to the 'Heater Body Suit'. Keeps you very warm...surprisingly warm. Wear light clothes to your stand so not to sweat and then put this on when you get in. I used it last season in high winds and upper teens. Didn't need gloves or anything more that long johns, sweater and a bib. Light weight includes carry bag and hood.

RealTree AP pattern on outside and black fleece on inside. Internal and external pockets. Good for all weather hunting. Keeps rain and wind out as well.

Excellent condition.
Size large for up to 6' 2".

I was skeptical but this really works.

Check out more info at:

$275 OBO.

Not very redeeming that's for sure :) No I don't think he was kidding at all. Lots of folks come here just to solicit. This is a used product though - so, no worries.

Tell us a bit about yourself - where do you hunt etc?

What didn't you like about the bag (why you selling it?)

I have been hunting the Wildcat Ridge WMA for the past few years. Terrain is tough, but there are deer there and dont see too many people. The maps provided by one of the members on here for the google earth have been very helpful.

I really like the warmbag and only selling it because I am just at 6' 2" but have long arms. I want to get the new one in the XL size. The new one is reversible as well. I got it in Jan or so of this year and also used it 2x so far this fall.

I guess by reading the description it does sound a little over hyped, but it really is a good item. My toes were the thing that got the most uncomftable when cold, so hen i saw this, i was skeptical and reluctant to spend the kind of money on something so simple, but i have been very happy with it.

The only getting used to is the unzipping the arm holes. Once i got the hang of it, it was much easier.

So no, I'm not the manufacturer, reseller, etc. Just someone looking to buy a newer version and help pay for it by selling my current one.

Hope this helps.

If someone is local to morris county that is interested, I can meet you somewhere and you can take a look and try it on.

Do you hunt with a bow? If so, do you find it uncomfortable shooting from a bag?

Welcome to the site - good luck with selling your item.
