The code that does this is in this format:

Simple go to your photobucket file location and click on the link to get the HTML. Then, put it in your post using the format above substituting the dimensions of your video and html location where appropriate (in this example the dimensions are 448x361 and the flash and video locations are http://s342.photobucket.com/flash/playe ... n/skinning and finishing videos/skincoonpartone.flv. The http://s342.photobucket.com/flash/player.swf part will stay the same but the video location part will change.
